Quick Abstract officially opened its doors in 2008 as a title search company providing title searches and conveyancing services to investors, title companies and mortgage companies. Through popular demand, in 2018 we expanded our business to offer title insurance.

Meet The Team

Keesha White - CEO

Keesha White is native of West Philadelphia. She began her journey to

becoming one of the most sought-after Title Agents in the City of Philadelphia by

studying at Villanova University, where she received her degree in Political Science. Initially, Keesha was going to attend Law School at Temple University. However, Keesha decided to change course and study to become a Paralegal. She began to work as a Paralegal for a title insurance company in Philadelphia learning all of the intricacies of the title insurance business. For 3 years, Keesha worked under the guidance of the professionals at the company.

As a result of her desire to learn more about the Title Insurance industry, Keesha upgraded her job status for more responsibility with Legal Abstract Company. At Legal Abstract Keesha was able to master how to examine titles, convey titles, and eventually take files to settlement. She learned the full capacity of the Title Insurance business while working for Legal Abstract.

After 5 years of employment the company closed due to the national mortgage

crisis in 2008. This gave Keesha the room and opportunity to begin her own title

company. In September of 2008 she started Quick Abstract LLC, a title search

company while also working full time. Due to high demand in 2015 Quick Abstract,LLC. opened as a full-service Title Insurance company, servicing all of Pennsylvania.

Keesha’s passion for the Title Insurance industry stems from her many years of assisting people in their home buying and selling process. For 20 years Keesha has assisted thousands of first-time buyers and investors obtain their dream of home ownership. Keesha is also extremely passionate about apprenticing African-American

men and women who want to learn how to become successful title agents and title examiners. Her advertising is solely word of mouth referrals, and her reputation of exemplary customer service and excellent and timely assistance precedes itself.

Due to the success Quick Abstract has obtained it has fostered strong business

relationships with WFG National Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Insurance Company, and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, and countless lenders and real estate brokers in the Delaware Valley.

To date, Quick Abstract, LLC has grown to include offices in Pennsylvania and

Maryland, as well as various department including but not limited to Title Insurance,Deed Transference, Property Management, Real Estate Procurement, Notary Services,Estate Planning, Credit Consultation, and many more. Quick Abstract is also the only Female Black-owned and operated Title Insurance Company in Pennsylvania. These milestones keep Keesha and her team ever-present and striving to be the leading Title Insurance company option for home buyers, lenders and investors.

Dayna DeVine - CFO/ Partner

Dayna D. DeVine was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and is considered an understanding pillar in her community. Her educational background includes studies at Glassboro State University for Political Science, Stratford University for Paralegal, ECS (Lutheran Theological Seminary) for Pastoral Care and Certified Chaplin, and Deliverance Evangelistic Bible Institute for Certified Biblical Counseling. She also graduated Valedictorian of the School of Life Institute's 2011 graduating class.

Dayna is an ordained pastor, accomplished worship leader & soloist, mentor to both youth and her peers, and an advocate with a passion to empower women and men alike, with wisdom, hope and life principles.

Additionally, Dayna is a published author, motivational speaker, life coach, entrepreneur and valuable member of the Quick Abstract team. Coming on board in 2015, she plays several key roles at Quick Abstract, serving as Partner, Chief Financial Officer and Post-Closing Agent.

Dayna applies her same passion for advocacy and helping others gain wisdom and hope as she walks alongside the Quick Abstract clients, often first-time home buyers, in providing detailed assurance and comfort as well as the necessary services to assist with the process of home ownership and thus, growing generational wealth.

Dayna is heavily involved in community work and has been recognized by the Red Cross, The Simon Group, UCEF and NBC News for her efforts and contributions in the Tsunami relief, Katrina relief and many other city fundraisers. She also teaches and coaches girl’s varsity high school basketball at International Christian High School.

Dayna has traveled & ministered all over the world and in the most recent years spent weeks ministering in Jamaica & Mexico with Mission Teams from ICHS and Switzerland. Dayna is a prayer warrior and has participated in the City Wide Prayer For Peace in Philadelphia. Dayna’s life scriptures are Galatians 2:20 & Matthew 10:34.

Along with the many other titles Dayna holds as mentioned above, she also holds the title of daughter, aunt, niece, philanthropist, supporter and friend to name a few, but one of her proudest titles is “mom”. Dayna has four great loves in her life and they are a testament to why she prays the way she does: Kirstan Alexis, Kristan Amber, Kobe Alexander and the newest addition to her family, granddaughter, Peyton Miracle. Covering them in prayer is and has always been the first priority as she believes your prayer ministry starts at home.
